2) There are two separate prize draws. One to win an LG wine cellar fridge, worth £999. The other to win one of 10 signed copies of Giorgio Locatelli's new book Made in Italy. Winners cannot be awarded more than one prize.

3) Entries can be made online at observerfoodmonthly.co.uk or by post.

4) To enter the prize draw for the LG wine cellar fridge by post, please send a postcard marked 'CELLAR' with your name, address and telephone number to R Seal, Observer Food Monthly, 119 Farringdon Rd, London, ECIR 3ER.

5) To enter the prize draw to win a signed copy of Giorgio Locatelli's new book Made in Italy, please send a postcard marked 'BOOK' with your name, address and telephone number to R Seal, Observer Food Monthly, 119 Farringdon Rd, London, ECIR 3ER.

6) Winners will be notified by email/phone on 23 October 2006.

7) The promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.

8) The promotion is not open to employees of Guardian Newspapers Limited or their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion.

9) Only one entry is allowed per person, per prize.

10) No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside GNL's control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

11) The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. GNL retains the right to substitute prizes with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12) Winners are required to accept their prize within 1 day of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, GNL will re-draw and select a new winner (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner).

13) No purchase necessary.

14) Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.

15) GNL cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the promotion. Nothing shall exclude GNL's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

16) The promotion will be governed by English law.
