To celebrate their fourth anniversary, Apartment 195 created a range of new cocktails named after London icons.
Double Decker
25ml Appleton rum, 25ml Lillet blanc, 25ml coconut syrup, 10ml lime juice, top champagne
Shake rum, Lillet blanc, coconut syrup and lime juice, pour over ice, top with champagne. Garnish: blackberry, raspberry, blueberry on a pick
Eye Eye
35ml Cachaca, 12.5ml Patron coffee tequila, passion fruit, 4 limes, 4 brown sugar cubes, dash lime
Muddle lime and sugar in glass. Squeeze in half a fresh passion fruit, add the rest, then crushed ice. Garnish: dragon fruit
Brick Lane
50ml Matusalem Platino rum, 4 white sugar cubes, mint, 4 wedges lime, dash lime, 25ml pineapple purée (concentrate), 15ml cinnamon syrup
Muddle white sugar, limes, dash of lime. Add purée, cinnamon and rum - shake thoroughly with crushed ice - pour into glass. Garnish: pineapple, cinnamon
Trafalgar
50ml Matusalem Platino rum, fresh mango, 15ml coconut syrup, 10ml cinnamon syrup Muddle mango in the bottom of a glass. Pour on rum, cinnamon and coconut syrups then the crushed ice. Stir. Garnish: cinnamon stick, mango skin
Speaker's Corner
50ml Matusalem Platino rum, 5ml green Chartreuse, 40ml liquid maracuyá, 10ml almond milk, 10ml gomme, 10ml lime juice Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a glass. Garnish: rosemary
The Ripper
50ml Buffalo Trace bourbon, 3 brown sugar cubes, mint, 3 thin slices ginger, dash ginger liquor, dash soda Muddle together mint, sugar and ginger in glass. Add bourbon and ginger liquor. Add crushed ice then a dash of soda. Stir carefully. Garnish: mint, ginger
