Keith Floyd
What would you eat for your last supper?
The menu would start with grilled fresh Cornish lobster. Main course would be roast leg of Welsh spring lamb with onion sauce, new potatoes, runner beans and broad beans. For dessert I'd have Scottish raspberries and Cornish clotted cream. For the cheese course, I would have some mature Shropshire Blue, which is in fact yellow.
Who would cook it?
Albert Roux and Jean-Christophe Novelli. Actually J-C would do the cooking and Albert would supervise!
Where would you eat it?
I would eat it in my house in southern France with my wife, my children Poppy and Patrick and of course, Albert and Jean-Christophe.
What would you drink?
To start, a bottle of Le Montrachet with the lobster; the main course would be accompanied by a Chateauneuf-du-Pape from Chateau Le Nerthe and I'd have a bottle of extremely expensive port with the Shropshire Blue.
Raymond Blanc
What would you eat for your last supper?
I imagine I'd have little appetite! However, in any other situation, while healthy and happy, I would, of course, wish for everything a Frenchman would wish for - oysters, escargots, Maman Blanc's crudites, slow-cooked shoulder of wild boar steeped in a deep, vinous red-wine jus, floating island and not forgetting all the great cheeses from Franche-Comte with a herby salad from the garden.
Who would cook it?
The best cook I know is Maman Blanc. Food for her is not just a creative act, but an act of love.
Where would you eat it?
I would return home and be with my parents, two sons, my partner Natalia and her daughter Tata.
What would you drink?
Of course, being lucky enough to be sandwiched between Burgundy and Jura, I would probably have Romanee-Conti and Vin Jaune from Arbois. Champagne might be a little too full of life for this occasion so I would probably decline unless it was a '99 Dom Ruinart.
Lily Allen
What would you eat for your last supper?
My mum's macaroni cheese with bits of bacon on top. And her apple snow (poached apples with meringue) for dessert.
Who would cook it?
My mum, with a bit of help from Nigel Slater.
Where would you eat it?
On the sofa in my living room.
What would you drink?
A nice bottle of red wine. No. What am I saying? It would have to be white with macaroni cheese.
