Set up by the savvy DJs who created the River restaurant on Watershed, the Park is a classy cut above most Bristol venues. It gets virtually everything right. There's a high quality and good variety of music. Door policy is subtle but effective, staff are capable and charming, and there's an abundance of tapas and sushi, Appleton, Wyborowa and tapped Staropramen. The gorgeous, leather-upholstered upstairs is all in warm red but for a faux Last Supper graffed across one wall, while an original from Banksy hangs above the downstairs bar.
