2. Georgie Porgie's Puddings
Puddings made in Devon, shaped into a cannon ball then tied in a bundle. Ingredients are entirely natural and include preserved fruit, suet, breadcrumbs, lemon and orange peel, fresh eggs, booze and spices. Put in a steamer or suspend over a pan of water, cover with aluminium foil and simmer for 1½-2 hours until tender.
